The Snake has chunkier tyres than the Trend, almost giving it that sought after ‘off road’ style. This would explain the higher seating over the other two. Again underseat storage and a seat hook are supplied. As with the others in the Ludix range various accessories are available as add ons as well as the standard 2 year warranty.

Based on the Trend, but given the Swatch Watch treatment, the Techno features translucent panels, coloured wheel inserts, and colour coded trim on the saddle.
As the Trend it also has electric start, along with a disc brake at the sharp end. Under seat storage and seat hook are standard Bigger tyres than the One should make for a smoother ride complete with 2 year warranty.

Basically the same as the Ludix One, but with a handlebar cowl and the ability to carry a passenger. No electric start and two drum brakes help to keep the cost of this one down though. Two year warranty is standard.

PGO’s PMX ‘Sport’ scooter boasts a 190mm front disc and 12in alloy wheels to separate this from the standard PMX model, as well as slicker tyres and a hugger front mudguard. Otherwise, it’s simply a lightweight scooter that looks like it should handle a bit of abuse and it comes with a free disc lock.

Available in 50cc and 100cc versions and new to these shores from PGO is the Big Max. Similarly styled to the PMX but different, not least in the pricing department. If money is an object to you then it’s worth a look. The brand has been on our shores for a while and spares availability is not an issue.

Wearing the PGO badge the TR3 is based on their T-Rex scooter but sports a third wheel at the rear, a differential is fitted to aid cornering, also boasts a reverse gear. The overall width is 880mm - apart from said features, it is basically the same as a T-Rex. Those riders with disabilities that qualify for a grant may be able to save money on this scooter.
